Sponsorship Registration

2010 Sponsors

Platinum Level:  $3000 - $6000

Market Café:  $6000.  The Market Café is located on the show floor and offers lunch and snacks during both days of the show.  Attending credentialed buyers receive a complimentary lunch for attending.  Approximately 800 buyers are expected to attend.  Food is available for guests to purchase.  The Market Café will be named for the sole sponsor of this area.  ie.  MDA’s Market Café.

Exhibitor Lounge:  $3000/$6000.  The Exhibitor’s Lounge serves a box lunch to working MDA staff and exhibitors both days of the show.  Three lunches are allowed per exhibitor/per day, approximately 115 are expected to register.  This amenity allows exhibitors to not leave the building, or their booth for an extended period of time, therefore missing possible sales.  This sponsorship covers the box lunch for one or both days.  Bottled water, soft drinks and coffee are provided by local sponsors.

Gold Level:  $2000 - $2999 

Platinum, Market Café, Exhibitor Lounge and Gold Level Sponsors receive:
* A 10’x10’ Exhibit Booth – carpet, padding and electricity included.
Additional items may be ordered thru CDS.
* Box lunch for three (3) booth staff each day.
* Full page ad in the Show Directory – PLATINUM LEVEL.
* A ½ page ad in the Show Directory – GOLD LEVEL.
* Company name and logo will appear in the Sponsor Section of the Show Directory and on signage at the show.

Silver Level:  $1000 - $1999

Daily Events:  $1000 each.  Several opportunities are available to sponsor specific daily events occurring throughout the day.  Items such as free popcorn and ice cream are offered to attending buyers as an incentive to stay longer at the show.  A Caricature artist is also on hand to provide cartoon drawings to all attendees to take home free of charge.

Silver Level and Daily Events Sponsors receive: 
* A ¼ page ad in the Show Directory.
* Company name and logo will appear in the Sponsor Section of the Show Directory and on signage at the show.

Bronze Level:  $500 - $999

Seminars:  Seminars are offered during the show on topics of interest to both exhibitors and retailers.  Each presenter provides a 30-minute presentation both days of the show. 

Workshop:  A one-day workshop is offered in April for registered exhibitors.  Presenter participates with staff on items of specific interest to exhibitors.

Bronze Level, Seminars and Workshop Sponsors receive: 
* Company name and logo will appear in the Sponsor Section of the Show Directory and on signage at the show.

All Sponsors receive: 
* Exhibitor mailing list prior to show.
* Attendee mailing list for post-conference follow-up.
* Internet link on Mississippi Market’s web site.
* May place promotional materials in the Registration area, and/or in Exhibitor Registration.
