Show Directory Deadline extended until May 9th. Ads and listings received after May 9th will appear on Directory Addendum.

The Registration Agreement is accessible by clicking on the link below.  To view and print the PDF formatted Agreement you must have the Acrobat Reader program, which is available at no charge.

The Registration Agreement must be printed, completed, and mailed to the address on the form. It is not an "on-line" form.

  E-Mail Your Preferred Buyer List

Registered exhibitors are invited to share their mailing list to be certain their preferred buyers receive invitations and registration brochures.  To send your list electronically, click the link to email it.  Acceptable formats are database (.dbf), Word (.doc), tab or comma delimited text (.txt) and spreadsheet formats such as Excel.
